Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 2026. These terms apply to coaching, supervision, and related services provided by Instorehub (operated by Thomas Davies).
Engagement
Services begin when both parties confirm in writing (email is sufficient) that they wish to proceed. A twenty-minute introductory call is complimentary and does not constitute an engagement.
Fees and payment
Current session fee: £195 per session. Fees are invoiced following each session unless a different arrangement is agreed in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. We accept bank transfer.
Fees may be reviewed periodically. You will be given at least 30 days notice of any increase.
Cancellation and rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a session without charge, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. Genuine emergencies are assessed case by case. We will apply the same standard to our own cancellations: if we cancel with less than 48 hours notice without good reason, the next session is provided at no charge.
Confidentiality
All session content is treated as confidential. We do not share what is discussed in sessions with any third party without your consent, except where required by law or where a serious safeguarding concern arises. In the latter case we will, where possible, inform you before disclosing.
Scope of services
Coaching and supervision are not therapy, counselling, or regulated financial or legal advice. If matters arise that fall outside the scope of coaching, we will say so and suggest appropriate alternatives. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching or supervision engagements.
Liability
Our liability for any losses arising from the services is limited to the fees paid in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses. We carry professional indemnity insurance.
Intellectual property
Materials, frameworks, and tools shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of Instorehub unless otherwise agreed. You may use them in your own practice but may not reproduce or distribute them commercially without our written consent.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement at any time. If you end the engagement before completing an agreed programme, sessions already taken will be charged at the standard rate. Sessions not yet taken will not be charged.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with the service, contact us first at [email protected]. We will respond within five working days. If the matter is not resolved, you may escalate to our professional body.
